AumaKhua-Ki® Energy Healing and meditation is a form of energy work that assesses and balances your energy, with powerful tools for emotional clearing, and aligns the energy centers in your body so it may remember how to heal itself. In person, webinar (distant session), and remote sessions are available. AK is new and a powerful high frequency energy healing modality.
AK may accelerate internal harmony, a feeling of bliss, calm and contentment along with a heightened state of awareness. Our body innately knows how to heal itself, but if our energy systems are weak, then there is need for energy healing. This will help to balance the nerve centers where the chakras are located. And, it may help to increase blood circulation throughout the body and to the organs. With this energy circulation, human bodies can restore, rejuvenate and heal themselves. When energy systems are out of balance, it affects our wellness and well-being.
How does an AumaKhua-Ki® session work?
After the practitioner raises their vibration, AK high frequency energy flows through the practitioner’s palms at different rates of speed. This depends on various factors such as the extent of the recipient’s illness, degree of blockage, their readiness to accept change, and so on. The practitioner’s hands may become hot as the energy flows through them to the client. AK sessions are very relaxing. Vibration, tingling, heat, cold, or other sensations may be felt in specific areas or all over the body. It’s not necessary to touch someone to do healing or to transfer energy. Beaming energy or simply placing hands 2” or more away from the client’s body can also be used in the same room, or over the internet in a web chat session. Long-distance healing is also available which makes AK ideal for over the internet sessions.

We like to think of coaching as a “solution session”. It is different from traditional counseling or psychotherapy as “Coaching” honors that the client has the answers that they are looking for within them. We facilitate a process that guides the client to access THEIR truth and execute it into action. We hold space for the client to find safety to explore perceived limitations to release and move forward to the life that is desired.

Kirtan is a Sanskrit word meaning “praise” or “eulogy.” It's a form of call-and-response chanting involving mantras or hymns. The chanting is carried out alongside instruments, such as cymbals, harmonium or drums. Kirtan is part of an ancient form of Yoga known as Bhakti, or the Yoga of Devotion. It is the calling, the crying, the reaching across infinite space - digging into the heart’s deepest well to touch and be touched by the Divine Presence. Kirtan is for all people. There are no masters of kirtan, no experts, no teachers, no advanced students, no beginners.
The practice itself is the teacher, guiding us to ourselves. There is no right or wrong way to sing kirtan. In a group, gathering with many who carry their stories, we come together, our voices finding each other until our focus becomes unified. We lose some of the separation, melt some of the hard boundaries, and call out together. All that matters is the spirit, the feeling.
Don’t worry about what you sound like, feel whatever you feel, have no expectations, no inhibitions. And finally, kirtan is an offering, a gift to the great One who has given us everything, and to whom we can give nothing in return but our loving remembrance. To open fully to kirtan, to the singing of the divine Name, is to know this sweetest form of bliss.
A life coach is a highly-trained, certified wellness professional who counsels and encourages others on matters having to do with careers or personal challenges. Your life coach is your very own personal advocate, strategist, motivator, and accountability partner who can help you to clearly define and achieve the goals you’d most like to achieve.
Most life coaching clients are healthy, successful people who might be a bit stuck or simply want to make a big change in their lives and want the support of their own personal coach to do so. For some clients, the positive changes and goals they’d most like to achieve are found in their personal lives - improving certain family relationships, achieving a better, healthier work-life balance, stress reduction, time management, or improving their overall health. Other clients may be more focused on achieving certain goals in their professional lives such as: improving their leadership skills, earning a certain promotion, or starting their own business.
Whatever the personal or professional goals may be, having a life coach can help you to grow and succeed by helping you to examine what is going on in your life right now, discovering what the specific obstacles or challenges might be, and helping you to choose an effective course of action.
Neuro-Emotional Technique (N.E.T.) is based on a proven combination of the latest scientific research and centuries-old techniques used in Eastern healing. By acknowledging the relationship between the body’s emotional health, environmental toxicity, nutritional balance, and structural integrity, appreciative patients around the world enjoy better health and well being.
Emotions such as fear, anger, grief, and many others can negatively affect us long after the original event that caused them. When our body fails to “let go” of these emotions we can find ourselves with unexplained aversions, self-sabotaging behaviors, destructive beliefs, phobias, and many chronic physical problems.
Neuro-Emotional Technique (N.E.T.) is a mind-body technique that uses a methodology of finding and removing neurological imbalances related to the physiology of unresolved stress.
N.E.T. is a tool that can help improve many behavioral and physical conditions. N.E.T. can help you identify and let go of “stuck” emotional patterns and physical pain that has an emotional component. For some people, the notion that emotions can get stuck in our bodies is a new, and maybe challenging, idea. There is, however, substantial clinical and experimental evidence to support that this is exactly what happens.
Emotions are as much a part of being human as breathing. With breathing, for every inspiration there is an expiration. A certain flow must be maintained to promote health and well-being.
The same is true of emotions. The problem is that sometimes our emotions do not flow, but rather get stuck in our bodies. When this happens, we often experience pain and dysfunction.
Just as chronic patterns of negative emotion can be programmed into our bodies, they can also be programmed out. This is what Neuro-Emotional Technique (N.E.T.), developed by Dr. Scott Walker, proposes to do. Through the use of simple muscle response testing and directed questioning, disturbances in the energetics of the body and mind can be corrected.

Polarity is an ancient practice that uses the body’s energy, prana, or chi to balance out the physical, mental, spiritual, and emotional bodies. Practitioners will use a series of techniques such as breath work, stretches, and bodywork to optimize and rebalance the body’s energetic field. The practitioner accesses places where the body may be having pain, or discomfort and work to release blockages that are being stored.
Reiki is an ancient healing art that facilitates deep relaxation. The word Reiki comes from the Japanese words Rei meaning “Universal Life” and Ki meaning “life force energy”, “Prana”, or “chi”. The holistic approach of Reiki is Universal life force energy channeled into another person for the purpose of healing. This energy is based on Universal love and goes where it is needed to stimulate the innate healing ability of the body. This technique is primarily applied to the main 7 energy centers or Chakras, either hands on or with hovering hands.
Sound healing is one of the oldest and most natural forms of healing. Everything in this world is energy and essentially vibration. It uses the power of sound to restore one’s mind, body and spirit back to a state of balance.
The harmonic vibrations from the instruments have a deep penetrating effect on the receiver, promoting healing and well-being. The sound waves from the instruments create harmonic resonance that entrains the brain to move into the deeper brain wave frequencies. Entrainment synchronizes our fluctuating brainwaves by providing a stable frequency which the brainwave can attune to. By using rhythm and frequency, we can entrain our brainwaves and it then becomes possible to down-shift our normal beta state (normal waking consciousness) to alpha (relaxed consciousness), and even reach theta (meditative state) and delta (sleep; where internal healing can occur).
As human beings, we are comprised mainly of liquid and these vibrations deeply penetrate our bodies, moving through our tissues and organs. This is not just an auditory experience, it’s like receiving a full body sound massage! The sound resonates directly into our cellular memory releasing blockages and creating a profound sense of peace and relaxation. It’s a pathway to meditation, without knowing how to meditate. The sounds act as the focal point, reducing and eliminating mind chatter, leading to a release of deep rooted tensions and emotional blocks. Many people emerge from the experience feeling lighter, more in balance, refreshed, and rejuvenated.
Thai Yoga is based on traditional Thai Massage (Nuad Boran), Thai Yoga integrates Yoga, Ayurveda, and Buddhism. Thai Yoga combines rhythmic massage, assisted Yoga poses, acupressure along energy meridians know as the “Sen,” healing energy work, and meditation.
This unique healing system result in a comprehensive full body treatment that relieves muscle tension, improves circulation, boosts the immune system and balances the energetic body. Thai Yoga is done on the comfortable mat on the floor and both the practitioner and client dress in comfortable clothes for ease of movement.
Thai massage works off the belief that tightened muscles lead to the diminished flow of energy in your body. When energy can't flow freely, you become inflexible, suffer pain and feel stiff. Overtime, this leads to shortened muscles and connective tissue that affects your posture, immunity and organ function -- all of which speed up aging and disability.
Thai yoga also use acupressure and reflexology techniques to help facilitate the flow of vital energy through the body. Each are said to improve blood flow, promote relaxation, relieve tension, and calm the mind to foster balance in the receiver’s body.
The pressing techniques used in Thai massage are designed to increase blood circulation to facilitate the better flow of oxygen and nutrients to your tissues. It also helps your body naturally get rid of waste, such as metabolic byproducts and carbon dioxide, more efficiently.
Adding stretching to the massage process helps relax the muscles further, so they naturally regain natural flexibility and tone. You'll relieve chronic stiffness and experience improved mobility.
When someone else stretches us, we can go further than we would on our own (without causing pain, strain, or soreness, of course) and focus more on the breath. Stretching with a therapist can help us stretch better later at home or in a yoga class because it creates muscle memory.
When we are chronically stressed, we get into the pattern of sympathetic nervous system overdrive; more often than not, parasympathetic activity gets suppressed and we suffer imbalance in autonomic nervous system activity. By reducing the physiological stress response through mind-body therapies like Thai yoga, we bring the body into better overall hormonal and nervous system balance.
Our feet have been with us every step of the way. The feet are connected to the entirety of the rest of the body. As such, our toes are the last thing to receive our energy, thus making them like little memory sticks. Each toe records something a little different and takes on forms - like a claw toe, or hammer toe, or a straight toe - depending on the type of energy that is being given to the toe.
The toes have a story to tell, your story. Toe readers interpret the story the toes - we will ask pointed questions about events that may have happened in your life. Though we cannot know the specifics of the story, the toes will tell us information like if it has to do with Spirit, Communication, Trust, or if there is masculine energy or feminine energy involved, among many other things. Ultimately, this is a tool to know better why you are standing in the position you are standing, knowing your point A so that you can better choose where you want to go, your point B.
Change is hard. Often, we need to rewire our systems from the ground up. The patterns we need to change may be ones we’ve lived with for years. Even when we recognize that change is necessary for our growth, peace and joy, it is still challenging. Fortunately, transformational yoga coaching offers practical solutions.
A transformational yoga coach works with you one-on-one. No prior yoga experience is needed.
We all have habits, some physical, and some psychological. The idea is to bring these habits into your awareness. Once you identify patterns or places where we’re getting in our own way, it helps to get clear about what we’d like to create instead. You need a vision of what it is you’re trying to develop, so that your actions can then be aligned with your intentions.
Intentions are necessary, but they won't get us far unless discipline and determination are developed and practiced. We all have our issues, our history, our absurd ideas or choices sometimes, decisions we’d love to do over or differently, and things we’re trying to work out. The more you can open to reality as it is, and work with it, the less you suffer.
Essentially, your mat can be a place where you figure out what patterns or ways of thinking are holding you back, so you can start to figure out how to do things a different way.
Whatever you feed will grow and strengthen, so the idea is to begin to feed tendencies that serve you, and erode the ones that don’t.
You will undergo an immersive experience demanding radical healing and truth telling, pushing you to reach your highest human potential. Your yoga coach and the practice act as catalysts for real, long-term change.
This one-on-one yoga coaching will help you achieve your goals by reducing stress, awakening intuition, and creating the conditions for inevitable success while providing all of the heart, support, and accountability you need to achieve your desired outcome.
Everyone has the potential to be healthy, happy and prosperous. This guidance is truly transformational and one that can revolutionize your body, mind, and life!
Yoga therapy combines aspects of hatha yoga with Ayurvedic and Chinese medicines, Thai massage, and polarity principles and bio-energetics. Yoga therapy can help balance, energize, and relax the body and mind by stimulating the flow of vital energy.
The Amrit Method of Yoga Therapy is designed to not only treat visible physical symptoms, but is aimed at addressing the invisible mental and emotional blocks that contribute to them.
Over time habitual defenses developed by the mind can become chronic and held withing the muscular patterns in their body.
The mind uses these defenses to handle the pain and stress of life, and these defenses are also anchored in the body.
They appear in the body as unique muscular patterns that inhibit self-expression. These patterns can be identified and understood by the yoga therapist.
The therapist studies muscular patterns and introduces the client to physical expressions or exercises to help them experience in present time these patterns of constriction in the body.
Yoga therapy is co-facilitated. The therapist uses his or her hands, knees, legs, and feet to move you into a series of yoga-like stretches and also applies deep muscle compression, joint mobilization, and acupressure.
Yoga therapy utilizes energy work to treat the subtle energetic field within the body. It corrects blockages, deficiencies, and imbalances in the flow of this energy, which then improves the client's health.
The Amrit Method of Yoga Therapy incorporates a series of facilitation techniques to bring the client into a relaxed state throughout the session, consciously focuing on breathing brings a meditative element to the practice, and maintains a focus on body awareness to help transmute blockages so that energy can flow more freely.
The client may begin to release these patterns held within the body and may uncover some feelings or memories that have repressed during childhood and continue to repress in their adult life.
As clients progress in therapy, old ineffective patterns that block connection, pleasure, spontaneity, and joy slowly dissolve. Through the physical and emotional release in the body, the client can begin to experience safe, healthy, supportive connections with him/herself and others in new, more satisfying ways.
Yoga therapy helps harmonize the branches of the autonomic nervous system and establish hormonal balance; both states are crucial for health and wellness.
Yoga therapy can be done with a one-on-one therapeutic session performed on a mat on the floor, or in a group yoga therapy class.
Each aims at stimulating the flow of healing energies within the body, opening the areas which are blocked and bringing the body, mind and spirit back into balance and harmony. Whether you have a yoga practice or not, this healing therapy will leave you feeling refreshed, rested, and alive.
